The Hate Bias Crime Training Program provides trainers with all the necessary training aides and materials to train police officers how to improve the effectiveness of their agencies in recognizing, reporting, investigating and prosecuting hate crimes.

Partners Against Hate
Partners Against Hate staff trains cadres of trainers across the country to work with educators and youth to prevent bias, prejudice, bullying, harassment, and hate crimes among youth.
ADL Hate Crimes Training
ADL training seminars offer instruction on the special nature of hate crime, the legal and constitutional framework in which federal and state hate crime statues operate, and how to perform investigative and enforcement duties in a way that reassures the victims and helps alleviate community tensions and fear.

Hate Crime Training Program of Rhode Island
Project of the RI Commission on Prejudice and Bias
The RI commission on Prejudice and Bias, chaired by Norman Orodenker, sponsors hate crime training for State, local and university and college law enforcement agencies throughout RI. This includes in-service training as well as training for recruits at the RI municipal Police Training Academy, the Providence Police Training Academy and the State Police Training Academy.

Innovative Online Hate Crime Training Course
California State University, San Bernardino’s Center for the Study
of Hate and Extremism, in partnership with the Federal Law
Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) and the Southern
Poverty Law Center (SPLC), are offering a new approach
to hate crime training — an online program that offers law
enforcement officers college credit and continuing education
credit, as well as FLETC recognition. Partial scholarships and a
limited number of free scholarships are available.
Hate Crime Response and Prevention Training for School Resource Officers
The Partners Against Hate Hate Crime Response and Prevention Training program provides school resource officers with key information and skills for intervening in incidents of bias-motivated behavior and degrading slurs within schools. Additionally, the training will provide school resource officers with an understanding of key tasks involved in responding to and investigating hate crimes.
