Officer-Involved Use of Force Investigator: The NH Department of Justice investigates cases where an on-duty law enforcement officer causes a death or serious bodily injury, in order to determine whether the office acted in accordance with the law. It seeks an experienced investigator who will work with attorneys and investigators to identify all the relevant facts and circumstances necessary to ensure timely, accurate, final determinations. The successful candidate will be law enforcement certified and have demonstrated proficiency with investigative techniques, witness interviews, and use-of-force principles. Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include health, dental, and life insurance.
