Position Summary This skilled position requires high performance in a number of critical areas, including but not limited to grants management, analytics and data analysis, policy development and compliance, portfolio management of key initiatives of the Association. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential, as well as demonstrated abilities in being a problem solver and team player. This position will be a senior position in the TACP staff alignment and reports to the Executive Director. Distinguishing Characteristics Position requires: a) complex and integrated program planning, management and development for programs funded through contract(s)/grant(s); b) provision of advanced technical/professional leadership and direction in areas of expertise; c) strategic representation and collaborative interaction with a wide range of high-level internal and external constituencies; d) establishment and administration of integrated program budgets, operating policies and standards, and management systems; e) establishment, development, and management of multiple program funding and resources; f) strategic management and supervision of program management and staff in support of multiple program activities. Minimum Job Requirements
Graduation from a four-year accredited college or university, with a completed bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, or other related discipline strongly preferred; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified, two of which are at the management level experience; or equivalent acceptable combined education and experience.
